Executive Chef Melvin Salimin has put together an eclectic menu with a main focus on grill dishes from the famous Jasper Grill. The offering is a reflection of the season and Dutch influences cultivated by the creative talents of our kitchen team. 

Stripes' wine menu shows an extensive list of classics, varied with a wide variation of exciting terroirs and special viticulture of European wines. 

The Gate Bar is the heart of the hotel, ideal for a quick meeting, lunch or night cap. The bar's menu reflects the international travelers it hosts; combining Asian cuisine with reinvented Sheraton classics. 

The cocktail program is centered around celebrating the classics and festive large-format drinks combined with cocktails crafted with occasional spirits, and an extensive list of traditional beers and wines.
